Membership Subscriptions
AKTA memberships are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your member portal — cancelling stops future charges but does not retroactively refund the current billing period; your membership benefits remain active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Event Registrations
Event registration fees are refundable up to 7 days before the event date, subject to a processing fee. Cancellations within 7 days of the event, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund. To request a cancellation, contact us with your registration details.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
