When you subscribe to a membership plan, payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay — we never see or store your card or bank details.

We use your information to manage your membership, process event registrations, issue membership certificates, send transactional emails (payment confirmations, password resets), and, where relevant, list your business/destination publicly on the AKTA website.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers necessary to operate AKTA — payment processing (Razorpay), email delivery, and web hosting — solely to provide our services to you.

We retain member data for as long as your account is active and as required for record-keeping and legal compliance. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
