Membership Eligibility
AKTA membership is open to tourism-related businesses and individuals operating in Kerala. Membership is granted at AKTA's discretion and may be suspended or revoked for providing false information or violating these terms.
Member Listings
Members are responsible for the accuracy of information and images submitted for their destination/business listing. AKTA reserves the right to edit or remove listings that are inaccurate, inappropriate, or violate applicable law.
Payments
Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis via Razorpay until cancelled. Event registration fees, where applicable, are due at the time of registration. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
Use of the Website
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access to member or admin areas, or submit false event registrations or contact messages.
Changes to These Terms
AKTA may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
